The apartment is located in a residential complex where 80% of the residents live permanently. As a result, the complex is perfectly maintained throughout the year and is a pleasant place to stay.
During the summer months, many Spaniards come here on holiday, but there is also a pleasant mix of Belgians, Dutch, English, etc., so you are sure to find someone to chat with if you wish.
The large swimming pool is the centre of activity during the warmer months, with a lifeguard on duty every day in July and August.
Due to its ideal winter climate, the complex is also particularly popular with Belgians and other “northerners” as a place to spend the winter.
Of course, the village is much quieter then, but that means you will always be able to get a table at your favourite restaurant.
